Renville Health Services Indoor Visitation Guidelines
Beginning 1/18/2020, RHS will begin having indoor visitation at RenVilla, MOM, PV. For this to occur, visitors will need to be tested 2-3 days prior to the prescheduled visit. To better accommodate this, RHS will assist in visitors being tested. Please see Testing Information and Guidance if you would like to be tested with RHS on Fridays. Visitors may also utilize PCR testing options of their own choosing (i.e. a participating clinic or test site).
Visits will be scheduled on Mondays (3 days after the test date) if the results return negative. These must be prescheduled visits. To schedule, please contact:
- RenVilla: Deb Vizecky (320) 329-4374 or dvizecky@renvilla.sfhs.org
- MOM: Deb Wertish (320) 329-4377 or dwertish@renvilla.sfhs.org
- PV: Amy Klawitter (320) 848-2093 or aklawitter@renvilla.sfhs.org
Visitation Guidelines:
- Visitors will arrive at the designated visitation entry:
- RenVilla – West Entrance
- PV – Main Entrance
- MOM – Crossroads Entrance
- Visitors will need to bring negative C-19 test results with test date within 3 days of visit. If the visitor tested at RHS, this will not be necessary as the results are received by RHS directly.
- Visitors will be screened upon entry for symptoms of C-19. This includes having temperature taken and a questionnaire completed.
- Visitors may visit a resident/tenant 2 at a time in the designated visitation area.
- Visitors and Residents/Tenants must remain masked (surgical masks only), wear eye protection, remain at least 6 feet apart, and use hand sanitizer throughout the visit. PPE will be provided by facility if visitors do not have appropriate PPE.
- Visitors will not kiss, hug, or touch the residents/tenants.
- Visits will be supervised to ensure safety measures are followed. However, space will be left for private conversations.
- Visitors will not bring food (must remain masked), and any items will be disinfected by staff prior to being handed to resident.
Failure to comply with these guidance will result in the visitor being asked to leave.
